3. Use License & Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Content

• Represent that you own or have rights to the Submission
• Agree that we may credit you by first name and last initial (e.g., "John D.") unless you request anonymity
• Understand that we are not obligated to publish or act upon any Submission

Prohibited content includes: harassment, spam, false information, malware links, or content violating third-party rights.

5. Correction Bounty Program

We offer $50 USD for verified corrections to our pricing or menu data, subject to:

• Verification: Photo evidence of menu board/receipt required
• Novelty: Correction must not already be in our update queue
• Accuracy: Submitter must provide verifiable contact information
• Payment Method: PayPal or Venmo only; recipient pays any transfer fees
• Limit: Maximum $500 per individual per calendar year

We reserve the right to deny bounties for submissions from Wendy's employees accessing non-public information, or for corrections resulting from temporary promotional pricing.

6. Disclaimers & Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy of pricing or nutritional data
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of data transmission
• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

We do not guarantee that any Wendy's location will honor prices listed on this Site, as franchisees may set independent pricing.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WendysBreakfastMenu.us AND ITS TEAM MEMBERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Foodborne illness or allergic reactions
• Financial losses based on menu changes or pricing errors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is $0 for standard use) or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WendysBreakfastMenu.us, its team members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Site
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights (including Wendy's International)
• Content you submit to the Site

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including intellectual property, indemnification, and limitation of liability).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Columbus, Ohio under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting with an updated "Last Modified" date.

Material changes (affecting your rights or obligations) will be notified via:

• Email notification to users who have subscribed to updates
